Abstract

839,400. Separating leased warps. ZELLWEGER Ltd. July 10, 1957. [July 10, 1956], No. 21887/57. Class 142(1) The foremost thread of a leased warp is allowed to spring forward while tubes 7, 8 carrying the lease bands 5, 6 hold back the remaining threads and a finger 24, having a notch 33 only large enough to engage one thread, pushes the foremost thread out of the plane of the warp. A bracket 9 in which the tubes are mounted is reciprocated by a cam 16 and a lever 15. A further cam 22 and levers 20, 23, 18 impart a rotary motion to the bracket. A spring 28 retains the finger 24 against the warp and a cam 31 and lever 27 move the finger to displace the foremost thread.
