838,650. Grillers. BRATTEL, A. T. July 30, 1958 [July 31, 1957], No. 24326/57. Class 28 (1). [Also in Group XI] An electric grill comprises a base chamber 5 containing the heating element covered in by a closure-plate 9 through which is heated a superposed platform 14 on which the food is placed. The plate 9 is bevelled at its top edge to fit closely into a recess 17 in the grill plate 10. The grill plate 10 is secured by spring catches 21, 22. A duplicate grill 8 may be hinged to the grill 5, the hinge-pin 29 being movable in slots 31 to distance the upper grill from the lower one, in which ease the upstanding flange of 14 provides a baking space.
