837,226. Adhesive dressings. TAYLOR, FURST & CO. Ltd., and WALLACE, CAMERON & CO. Ltd. March 17, 1958 [March 16, 1957], No. 8736/57. Class 81 (2). An adhesive plaster includes a pad 2, the exposed surface of which is masked by a gauze or film 3 impregnated or coated with a local anaesthetic. The gauze or film may be made of a soluble alginate, the local anaesthetic being procaine or liquocaine. An antiseptic, e.g. cetirmide or daniphen bromide, may be included in the gauze or film or the pad. Specification 768,037 is referred to.
