834,407. Electric cooking utensils. NATIONAL PRESTO INDUSTRIES Inc. Feb. 2, 1956 [June 28, 1955], No. 3345/56. Class 39(3) [Also in Group XXXVI] An electrically heated cooking utensil comprises a vessel 4 in the base of which is cast the heating element 14. Said element terminates at the periphery of the vessel in a waterproof connector consisting of a guard 16 surrounding pins 7 which project from a portion 18 of the vessel containing a cavity 19 located intermediate the pins and adapted to receive a temperature sensing probe on a plug connector containing a thermostatically controlled switch (see Group XXXVI), when the plug is engaged with the pins 7. Specification 834,408 is referred to. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 792,453.
