833,514. Ingot moulds. FOUNDRY SERVICES Ltd. Jan. 31, 1958 [Nov. 19, 1956], No. 35311/56. Class 83 (1). With an ingot mould, of which the internal cross-section of the open-end is other than circular, there is used a hot-top having an upper feed-opening which is circular in crosssection, and having unshouldered walls leading from that circular cross-section to register with the internal cross-section of the mould itself. The hot-top may have a lining 5 of exothermic material. Specifications 627,678, 785,984, 793,022 and 805,823 are referred to.
