Class 97(3) In apparatus according to the parent Specification the motion transmitting means between the drawing and tracing arms comprises members, attached to the arms, having surfaces biased into contact, the members being otherwise relatively movable, and such that the vertical spacing of the points of attachment of the members to the arms remains constant. The embodiment shown is the same as in the parent Specification except that the drawing and tracing arms 15, 32 pass through perpendicular slots 44, 45 in a member 40 pivoted on an axis A-A and are carried on pivot pins 46, 47. Arms 50, 51 project from the arms 15, 32 and carry cylindrical or conical members 48, 59, which may be rotatable and are held in contact by the weight of the arm 32 or by a spring.
