829,018. Tube scrapers. CLARKE-BUILT Ltd. Sept. 27, 1957 [Oct. 23, 1956,] No. 32321/56. Class 99(2). A scraper blade for heat exchangers, of the type dealing with high viscosity liquids and having shafts 6 carrying scraper blades rotating inside the heat exchange tubes, comprises a flexible member 3 supported above a flat surface 7 on the shaft and provided with a row of holes 4 near the scraping edge. The blade has keyhole slots 9 co-operating with studs 11 on the shaft and holes 13 at each end of the blade snap over studs 12 when the blade is in position to prevent endwise displacement of the blade.
