Class 52(5) A bracket for supporting pelmet boards, shelves &c. comprises a back plate 1, a support member 2 and a resilient retaining member 3. The members 2, 3 are welded to the back plate (Fig. 1) or the ends 8, 27 of one or both of the members pass through slots in the back plate (Figs. 2, 3). In further modifications the members are secured at an adjustable distance apart by interengaging teeth or by the passage of a securing screw or nut and bolt through selected apertures.
