Class 108(2) A road vehicle of the type having a pair of double wheels 4, Fig. 2, has the two wheels of each dual wheel connected by a spacer rim element 5 which engages and rolls on a rail 2 of a railroad car 1, Fig. 1. The spacing between the two spacer rim elements is equal to the spacing between the two rails of the railroad car. Tractor 6 also has similar guide rim elements 7. Two extensible props 8 having flanged rollers 9 between forked ends support the front of trailer 3 on rails 2 when tractor 6 is removed.
