Classes 20(4) and 87(1) A wall cladding unit has a hookshaped projection 7 on one face for engaging over a horizontal batten 6 in a building framework. Two adjacent edges of the unit are provided with V- section grooves 3 and the other two edges have complementary tongues 4. A corner slab comprises a full-size slab moulded integrally with a perpendicular half slab, projections 7 being provided on either the inside or the outside of the angular slab. The slab may be made from clay, cement or a plastics material.
