812,704. Pocket oil dispensers. JOSEPHS Ltd., D. April, 15, 1957 [April 27, 1956], No. 12954/56. Class 66. A lubricant dispensing container comprises a body 3 in which a dispensing tube 10 is axially displaceable between extended and retracted positions as determined by stops 11, 12, on the tube, there being a resilient sealing barrier 14 having a central pinhole or slit 15 through which the tube 10 has to be forced before it can enter the body 3 and establish communication with the lubricant 4. When the tube 10 is in its extended position, as shown, the barrier 14 is free to expand and close the pinhole or slit 15 extending through it. The body 3 may be of transparent or translucent material, such as an acrylic resin product, or it may be of opaque material with a window extending longitudinally of the body 3. The whole is arranged to resemble a fountain pen complete with cap 2.
