[Also in Group IX] A dryer felt contains 25-75 per cent each of nylon and polyester ; or alternatively there may be at least 2 per cent of each, together with cotton and/or asbestos, the various fibres being in close contact, e.g. as plied yarns, whereby clogging of the felt may be reduced.
