800,390. Hinges and pivots. THURGAR BOLLE (SUCCESSORS), Ltd. Dec. 17, 1956 [April 18, 1956], No. 11852/56. Class 65(2) [Also in Group XIV] The two teeth-supporting parts 10, 11, of a ring grip comb made of resilient thermoplastic material are formed with integral hinge portions, the part 10 having fork limbs 14, 15, each with a tapering radial groove 19 leading to a hole 18, and the part 11 having a tongue 16 with upstanding pips 17. The tongue is pushed between the fork limbs so that the pips slide up the grooves, forcing the limbs apart, and snap into the holes. One or both pips may be formed on the fork limbs, and the hinge may be employed in other articles.
