793,058. Copy-milling. KUHLMANN, F. June 28, 1955 [June 30, 1954], No. 18657/55. Class 83 (3). In a milling-machine for copying, comprising a pantograph 1 with a stylus 2 movable over a pattern-table 4, the weight of the milling-head 3 is taken by a two-armed lever-system 6, 7 pivotally mounted on the machine-column 9. The arm 6, which is connected to the head 3 through a slide 13 engaging the pantographmember 1a, comprises two relatively-slidable parts 6<SP>1</SP>, 6<SP>11</SP>, whereby the length of the arm can be adjusted, with the aid of a scale 8, according to the size of the required field of coverage. The arm 6 with the head 3 thereon can be disconnected and mounted directly on the column 9 for ordinary milling.
