Abstract
Phosphoric acid esters of the general formula <FORM:0786322/IV (b)/1> wherein R and R1 denote an alkyl, aryl, or aralkyl radical are prepared by conversion of sodium aroyl esters with dialkyl-phosphoric acid chlorides, or by reacting the derivatives of haloaroyl-acetic ester with trialkyl phosphites. An example is given for the production of the diethyl ester of the enol form of benzoyl acetic ester.ALSO:A pesticidal composition comprises a carrier, e.g. an inert solid diluent and at least one phosphoric acid ester of the general formula <FORM:0786322/VI/1> wherein R and R1 each stand for an alkyl, aryl or aralkyl radical.
