Abstract

785,529. Nailing &c. hand tool. TORNADO RAMSET GES. & CO. Aug. 9, 1956 [Oct. 4, 1955], No. 24452/56. Class 89(3) A nail &c. driving device comprises a striker 2 in a sleeve 1 which at its end 1<SP>1</SP> is provided with a number of feet 5, 6, 7 which support the device over a wide area on the surface into which the nail is to be driven, one of the feet 7 being formed as a handle 9. The handle 9 is of rubber and has a projection 10 which acts as a hand guard. A rubber centering disc 15 for the nail is supported by a screw cap 13 which serves also to secure the feet 5, 6, 7 to the sleeve 1. The striker 2 has a recess 4 for the reception of a nail or nail head.
