Abstract

783,554. Switch handles. S. & B. ENGINEERS (RATCLIFFE), Ltd. Feb. 29, 1956 [March 8, 1955], No. 6810/55. Class 38 (5). A tumbler switch 2 is operated by a lever 5 mounted in a sleeving 8 which screws on to the usual threaded boss 4 of the switch, the lever 5 being provided with a recess 13 for engaging the switch dolly 14. A ring of rubber 11 is disposed between the end of the sleeving and a flange 12 on the lever. The device enables a motorist to operate a switch without releasing the steering-wheel.
