Abstract

783,350. Clothing for animals. MAUCH, H. A. Feb. 8, 1955 [July 1, 1954], No. 3770/55. Class 62. [Also in Groups VI, IX and XIII] A cover designed to permit the adequate ventilation of the animal being covered, comprises two sheets 1, 2 of air impervious material sealed together at their edges and at spaced intervals throughout their entire area, as at 7 in Fig. 2. The sheet 1 is provided with an air inlet 6 and the sheet 2 which is placed in contact with the animal being covered, is provided with holes 4 through which jets of air pass from the billowed portions 10 of the cover to the spaces 8 adjacent said animal, the air afterwards escaping through vent holes 9 in the sealed portions 7. Further holes 3 are provided in the sheet 2 to ensure the efficient ventilation of the animal covered.
