Abstract

In order to be able to treat, in as economical a manner as possible, the ventilation air for air-conditioning systems, even in the case of different and varying air-conditioning requirements, there are provided, in addition to conventional humidifiers (3, 4) and heaters, in each case one heat exchanger (2) and one moisture exchanger (1), through which pass both the supply air (17-20) and the discharge air (21-24). This moisture exchanger and heat exchanger contain individual exchanger elements (7, 10) which consist of a suitable material and are transported through the supply-air channel (5) and the discharge-air channel (6) by an endless conveyor belt. <IMAGE>
