[Also in Groups XXI and XXXII] A conveyer 45 is adjustably mounted on a trailer-type elevating grader attachment for connection to a motor grader and in one form has from the frame of the trailer to the upper end of the conveyer a V-belt drive which can compensate for relative movement between the conveyer 45 and the frame of the trailer. Attached to the lower end of the conveyer 45 and sliding on the ground is a metal shoe 151 which is also attached by a drag link to the frame of the trailer. The lower end of the conveyer 45 is attached by links 162 to pivots 164 and is raised and lowered by means of an hydraulically-operated ram 168 operating rocker arms 176 and chains 182. The upper end of the conveyer is raised and lowered by means of an hydraulically operated ram 186. The conveyer is driven at its upper end from a power take-off on the motor grader through shafts or through V-belts. A pulley 225 is mounted on a spindle 226 journalled in a stirrup member 227 which pivots about the spindle 219 of a pulley 223 mounted on the trailer frame. These pulleys are connected by double V-belts 224 which are tensioned by means 231. Two side links 235 pivotably connect the spindle 226 to a spindle 238 journalled in a side member 136 of the conveyer frame. Connecting pulleys on the spindles 226, 238 are double V-belts 241 which are tensioned by means 235d. A pulley 247 driving the upper roller 148 of the conveyer through reduction gearing 249 is connected to a pulley 243 on the spindle 238 by double V-belts 246.
