[Also in Group XV] Paper, e.g. filter paper to form an inner ply of an envelope of a more rigid paper, is sprayed with a substance, e.g. an alcoholic phosphate or other proprietary anti-static substance to prevent sound records contained in such envelopes from becoming electrostatically charged. Alternatively the material may be in paste form and may be printed on the paper. The paste may include, e.g. soft paraffin or cottonseed oil.
