761,289. Glass. BRITISH THOMSON - HOUSTON CO., Ltd. July 13, 1955 [July 13, 1954], No. 20486/54. Drawings to Specification. Class 56 A glass comprises (parts by weight per cent) MoO, 30 - 84; BaO 3 - 45; and P 2 O 5 4 - 67. This may constitute the whole composition, but it totals at least 90 per cent of the whole in which case up to 10 per cent may be one or more of the oxides of the divalent metals or Na 2 O, K 2 O, Te0 2 and V 2 O 5 . Low BaO content gives a black glass; with a higher BaO content the colour is dark green or dark -red-brown.
