Abstract

758,303. Umbrella holders. FIAT SOC. PER AZIONI. Sept. 14, 1954 [April 2, 1954], No. 26650/54. Class 52(5). An umbrella holder comprises a cylindrical flexible sheath 9, secured at its upper end to a ring-shaped, lazy tongs element 7 and at its lower end to a rigid collar 5, to which is detachably secured a drip collector 10, the lazy tongs and the collar being secured in spaced relation to an elongated plate 4 provided with means to engage bolts 2, 3 secured to the back rest 1a of a motor vehicle seat. The top of the plate has a keyhole slot 4a to engage the bolt 2 and the collar 5 provided on the lower end of the plate, engages the bolt 3. The lazy tongs is supported by a stud 6 on the plate 4.
