[Also in Groups XVII and XXX] A tensioning device for a chain comprises a pair of spaced interconnected levers 8, 9 hinged at 10 to a channelled section upright 3 and having an arm 11 connected to a cross-bar between the levers and engaging the chain 13 by a hook 12. Rotating the levers 8, 9 tensions the chain.
