Abstract

751,754. Magnetrons. TELEFUNKEN GES., [formerly TELEFUNKEN GES. FUR DRAHTLOSE TELEGRAPHIE]. Dec. 4, 1953 [Dec. 8, 1952], No. 33762/53. Class 39 (1). Adjacent multi-cavity anode structures 7, 8 in a magnetron, of similar design, are angularly displaced with respect to one another by half a segmental division. The structures are arranged along a common cathode 6 and may abut. The output coupling leads 12, 13 are combined into a common lead at a point such that the two structures oscillate with a phase difference of 90 degrees. They may oscillate in phase. Each structure may be strapped.
