750,973. Hand-tool handles. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. May 21, 1954 [May 22, 1953], No. 15036/54. Class 61 [Also in Group XXVIII] A vacuum cleaner 11 is connected to a cleaning tool 17 by a flexible hose 15 which is rendered substantially rigid from the tool carrying end to a location convenient for hand manipulation of the tool by means of a member 27 having clips 28 securing it to the hose. The member may be shaped to form a handle 29 and to suit a horizontal connection 18. U.S.A. Specification 2,524,522 is referred to.
