Class 73 A label for securing to an arcuate surface of a container, e.g. medicine bottle, comprises an inner panel B, Figs. 1, 3 with an adhesive backing joined by a tear line 10 to an outer panel A folded over the inner panel, so that when the panel B is secured to the arcuate surface of the container C with the line of fold 10 describing a curve, the outer panel A is constrained, without the use of adhesive or other fixing means, to remain in surface contact with the inner panel B while being readily detachable by tearing along the fold line 10 to expose the inner panel.
