A vehicle tail or side board P has two brackets 2 fixed thereto by bolts passing through lugs 14 and flanged ends 15, the brackets 2 being provided with integral capped spigots 20 which may fit within jaws 8 and 9 of brackets 1 bolted to the fixed part of the vehicle. The board P may pivot about either its upper or lower edge if selected pairs of pins 11 are removed, or may be completely detached.
