A cap g with a lateral outlet h is rotatably mounted on the end of a part a screwed to a fitting c fed with liquid from a pipe d. The cap is secured by a spring ring j and a liquid seal is provided by a resilient ring f compressed between conical surfaces of the parts. Liquid flows through a bore b to the outlet which may be arranged to direct the jet on to a vehicle windscreen.
