Abstract
An alloy consists of 2-8 per cent silver and the remainder titanium. The preferred silver range is 3-5 per cent. The titanium used may be commercial grade containing 0.2-0.7 per cent oxygen, up to 0.5 per cent iron and, according to one example, 0.02 per cent of nitrogen.
