[Also in Groups XXXI and XXXIV] A vehicle hydraulic braking system is provided with an anti-theft device (see Group XXXI) comprising in the liquid line 6,between the master cylinder 5 and the brake-operating mechanism 7 a key-operated locking device 8 having a plunger 9 which in its operative position blocks the line 6 and locks the brake in its applied position on depression of the brake pedal 2.
