A louvred panel for airconditioning systems comprises a series of separately formed louvre elements 3 each having integral tabs 4 located in channelled carrier elements 1 secured, e.g. by welding, to the sides of a register frame 2, the tabs 4 being positively located in the elements 1 by constricting the latter at 5. The elements 3 with their tabs 4 are cut from metal sheet, the bending of the elements 3, throughout, or at one, or more points in, their length, with respect to the tabs 4 being effected by a slotted T-shaped setting tool (not shown).
