Abstract

717,809. Hose racks. ARTHUR, E. M. Dec. 7, 1953 [Oct. 14, 1952], No. 25649/52. Class 99 (2). [Also in Group XXXVI] A holder which can be fixed to a hose comprises a row of parallel transverse recesses 1 along its length so that when the hose is coiled each successive coil is held in successive re cesses, and means for fixing the holder to the hose. The holder may be formed from a strip of spring metal bent to form a row of U-shaped clips 1, each clip narrowing towards its mouth. Each end of the strip may be twisted through 90 degrees and then bent to U-shape to form clips 3 extending to the rear of the holder, by which the holder is secured to the hose.
