703,789. Vehicle hoods. ORR, J. H. May 5,1952 [Sept. 15, 1951], No. 21720/51. Class 108(1) , A car having a drop-head which is not sealingly connected to the body is provided with a drainage channel 23 which discharges water into the channel formed by the wing 25 and the side panel 26 and thence outside the body. When the hood is stowed the channel 23 is rearwardly inclined and water runs away through duct 27 in the bottom of the compartment 14. Specifications 703,788 and 703,945 are referred to.
