Abstract

699,787. Displaying. TAYLOR, N. L. G. Dec. 18, 1951, No. 29602/51. Class 3 (ii) A display device comprises a card 1 which has a backing of sheet material to the surface of which is attached by adhesive at least one strip 2 of paper, cellulosic material or the like having on its exposed surface separated areas or stripes 3 of colours which it is desired to display, the division between successive colours being provided by an uncoloured or neutral coloured portion 4. When the strip 2 is made of transparent material the colours may be printed on one side, the other side being printed in a neutral tint which is visible through the strip. A plurality of strips 2 may be attached to the card 1, descriptive matter being printed against each rectangle as indicated at 5. Specification 219,467, [Class 3 (ii)], is referred to.
