Abstract
A wax composition, used in the preparation of the waxed paper forming part of a composite wrapping material (see Group XVII), consists of a mixture of amorphous and/or micro-crystalline wax and paraffin wax, the proportions of the constituents being within the range extending from 1/4 amorphous and/or micro-crystalline wax and 3/4 pure paraffin wax, to 1/3 amorphous and/or micro-crystalline wax and 2/3 pure paraffin wax. Specifications 456,820 and 594,036 are referred to.
