Abstract

For delaying the development of musty or other disagreeable flavour in packaged eggs, there is included with the packing material therefor a mixture of powered borax or boracic acid and lycopodium, e.g. a mixture consisting of 80 per cent of borax or boracic acid and 20 per cent of lycopodium.
