Abstract

690,059. Bearings. ZURCHER, R. Sept. 20, 1950 [Sept. 26, 1949; June 24, 1950], No. 23079/50. Class 12 (i). A bearing unit for the axle of a movable part in time-keepers comprises a pierced jewel 2 in a setting 1 and a cap jewel 4 abutting against a shoulder 6 of a setting 3, the settings 1, 3 being screwed together. A shoulder 9 of the support 8 may be clamped between the settings 1, 3 as shown in Fig. 2. In a further modification a setting 14, Fig. 3, supporting the cap jewel 4 serves as an upper cap jewel end-piece, whereas the other setting 15 supporting the pierced jewel 2 is forced into the cock 11.
