Class 120(ii) A cop winding machine includes a spindle 6 projecting from and rotatable in a fixed supporting member 3, a plurality of rollers disposed around the spindle and supported on arbors 1 pivoted to the member 3, and means, e.g. cam face 7 on a ring 8 and a spring-urged slidable sleeve formed with a coned portion 5 bearing against extensions 1A of the arbors 1, for swinging the arbors simultaneously about their pivots to the same angle of inclination relative to the spindle.
