Class 64 (ii) [Also in Group XXXIII] A fireproof layer of asbestos fibre and a binding agent is secured to a metal surface such as a ship's bulkhead by metal clips 2, which are bent down after part of the coating thickness has been applied. Corrosion of the metal is prevented by applying a primer of red lead in linseed oil or aluminium in varnish. Specification 368,368, [Group III], is referred to.
