682,086. Ridge caps for roofs. ROME (FILES), Ltd., W., and WADE, A. J. Feb. 19, 1951 [Nov. 19, 1949], No. 29639/49. Class 20 (iv) The gaps between the edges of a ridge cap 1 and a corrugated roof covering 5 are closed by filling pieces or adapters 4 each consisting of an angle section metal plate one flange of which slidably engages in a channel formed by bending back the edge 3 of the ridge cap, whilst the edge of the other flange seats snugly upon the surface of the roof covering, being shaped to conform to that surface. The adapters can be adjusted longitudinally of the ridge cap to fit into the corrugations on each side of the roof by sliding them along in the channels formed at each edge of the cap.
