678,886. Breast pads. SPIRELLA CO. OF GREAT BRITAIN, Ltd., and GEORGE, H. C. May 24, 1951 [July 24, 1950], No. 18479/50. Class 141. An inflatable breast pad comprises front and rear walls 1, 2 of flexible airtight material, the front wall 1 being adapted to take a conical shape on inflation and the rear wall 2 closing the base of the cone and provided with an inflation tube 5 extending into the air space between the walls. The rear wall 2 is preferably concave and provided with an eccentrically arranged annular pocket 6 secured at its outer edge 7 to retain the folded end of the tube 5 after inflation. In an alternative construction, the inflation tube may have a narrowed outer end closable by a plug, the wider part of the tube being pushed into the inflated pad and the narrow part retained within it
