[Class 18] A powder blower or dust gun comprises twc telescopically movable tubes 2, 1, provided respectively at their outer ends with a perforated head 5, through which powder can be blown, and a loose disc base 6 that is lifted by air pressure when the tubes are moved apart, the tube 2 also having a powder bag 3 fixed at its upper edges to the upper edge of the tube. The bag is filled through its lower end 9 and then closed so that it can be compressed by means axial movement of the tubes. A lid 8 may be provided for the dispensing end of the blower. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also an outer tube 1 having a fixed disc base to which the edges of an inner paper diaphragm are secured, the disc and the diaphragm having apertures that are out of register. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
