Abstract

669,488. Cow milkers. FIELD, H. E. May 10, 1950. [May 11, 1949; Feb. 16, 1950] Nos. 12522/49 and 4012/50. Class 84. A teat cup for a cow milking machine has a rubber collar 14 fitting round the teat shell 10 in the recess 11. The pulsating suction is applied by means of connection 20 and through bore 18 into the space between the recess and the liner thus eliminating metal-to-metal connections, and thus stainless steel can be used for the shell. A modification without the recess 11 is described and illustrated. Specification 669,489 is referred to.
