668,277. Gas-producing compositions. HEATERS, Ltd., and GOLDSMITH, P. A. H. May 10, 1949. [April 30, 1948] No. 11922/48. Class 9 (ii). A gas producing composition comprises in 100 parts by weight either : 10-12 parts acetanilide, 6-20 parts ammonium oxalate, and the balance potassium perchlorate or potassium perchlorate and nitrate ; or 15 parts aniline oxalate, and 83 parts of potassium perchlorate and nitrate. Castor oil may be included. Specification 480,330 is referred to.
