Abstract
651,273. Textile yarn: HAEREM, A. A. Feb. 9, 1948, No. 3775. [A Specification: was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Oct. 12, 1948]. '[Class 120(iii)] A textile yarn comprises a core thread upon which are helically wound one ormore outer threads in loose, but closely spaced coils produced by winding the outer threads upon the core thread as well as upon a former which is subsequently removed and so leaves a space between the core thread and the coils, the looseness of the coils being such as to enable warp threads to pass between them when the yarn is woven, and the core thread extending axially within the helical coils of the outer thread or threads and having a rough or adhesive outer surface adapted to make the coils adhere to the core-thread and to prevent them from displacement thereon.
