[Class 104(ii)] A railway rail has a section such that the ratio of the width of the head 1, CH, to the width of the web 2 at the head, UH, lies between 2¢ and 4, and the ratios of the head and base web fillets 4, 5, RH and RB, to the widths of the web at the head and base; UH and UB, lie between 0.8 and 1.6.
