646,848. Spring upholstery. NO-SAG SPRING CO. Feb. 6, 1948, No. 3517. Convention date, May 16, 1945. [Class 52 (iv)] In a spring surface comprising sinuous wire springs 15 spanning a frame a border wire 28 is supported from the sinuous springs by spring elements 31, 38 so located as to permit their deflection under load without coming into contact with the main springs. Preferably the elements are U-shaped and provided with hooked ends to engage the turns of the sinuous springs.
