644,584. Packaging. NICOLLE, C. Feb. 4, 1947, No. 3278. Convention date, Oct. 31, 1945. [Class 94(i)] A package for one or more small objects 4 comprises a sheet 1 of plastic material not coated with an adhesive varnish but stamped to form one or more recesses 3 corresponding in shape and size to the objects, and a thinner substantially plane plastic covering sheet 2 which is dissimilar to the sheet 1 and made of thermoplastic or adhesively-coated material, the two sheets being united along their contacting portions by heat and pressure. The sheet 1 may be of cellulose acetate, and the sheet 2 of regenerated cellulose produced from viscose. The objects may be entirely accommodated within the recesses or protrude only slightly therefrom. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 refers also to the packaging of powders. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
