637,587. Watches. SOC. ANON. L. BRANDT & FRERE OMEGA WATCH CO. Feb. 5, 1947, No. 3419. Convention date, March 8,-1946. [Class 139] A watch has a plate 10, Fig. 1, of the movement provided with at least one plate spring 13 and arranged to hold the movement by elastic effect. The plate spring 13, Fig. 1, has a fixing portion 14 by which it is screwed to the plate 10 and a springy portion 15 which has a projection 17 which abuts the bottom of the watch case. In another embodiment, Fig. 3, the plate spring is fixed to the movement plate by eyelets 18 bent into a plane parallel to the plate. The springy portion 15 may be split at the centre or may only be attached to the portion 14 at one end. In one embodiment, Fig. 6, not shown, the plate spring is similar to that shown in Fig. 3 but the centre part of the fixing portion 14 is cut away.
